Journalism Experience:
Fleur Revell career media professional : a former journalist with 21 years’ experience in media, Fleur has worked as a news producer and reporter for One News, TVNZ Breakfast, Tonight and Sportsnight. While at TVNZ she produced not only local New Zealand content but also foreign stories and sports news.
Prior to taking up her role at TVNZ she had success in her print career landing three prestigious awards for journalism during her time in magazines and newspapers. She has worked as a senior journalist at the Sunday Star-Times, feature writer at The New Zealand Herald, editor of top weekly selling magazine New Idea and staff writer at Next and More magazines. Her first foray into journalism was at The Daily Post in Rotorua and then Auckland’s Western Leader, where she handled the social welfare and police rounds.
During her career Fleur has worked on some of the country’s biggest news stories and has interviewed everyone from gang members and politicians to international celebrities. During her time as a journalist Fleur accrued an extensive list of contacts who trusted her to tell their stories.
Television Presenter:
Fleur Revell magazine editor, newspaper reporter and TV presenter : in addition to her time in print media, Fleur has also worked as a presenter at both TVNZ and TV3 networks before moving into the field of public relations, it is her experience as both a journalist and prime-time television presenter which she draws on when assisting her clients with media training.
Fleur’s show credits include; Destination Planet Earth, Car Crazy, Revell with a Cause and Whose House Is it Anyway?
PR Experience
Before starting her own company Impact PR, Fleur also conducted media training for blue chip corporates. Today at Impact PR Fleur specialises in FMCG marketing, Crisis PR, Social Media, Branding and Media Training.

Having worked as a journalist and conducted numerous television, newspaper and magazine interviews over her 21 year career Fleur Revell understands the requirements of each particular media outlet and trains her clients accordingly. She works alongside her clients on the development of key messages and provides them with in-depth question & answer sessions. At the conclusion of the media training her clients are able to confidently front for face-to-face interviews, live and pre-recorded broadcast opportunities and in-depth print feature articles.
